The Club seeks a dynamic individual to undertake the role of Director of Cricket to further enhance the development of an environment for players, coaches, and staff to reach their potential on- and off-the-field. The Director is responsible for developing & implementing a high-performance coaching program that will drive team performance in the WACA Premier Cricket competition for seniors and juniors.
Who Are You?
It goes without saying that you will be an accredited cricket coach (minimum Level Two Coach) with experience guiding dedicated cricketers from youth to senior grades. You will first and foremost have excellent relationship-building skills, a collaborative approach, and be highly capable of enhancing a strong team culture whilst supporting everyone on their own journey.

Claremont-Nedlands - Head Coach Vacancy
Claremont Nedlands Cricket Club has a vacancy for a new Head Coach. The Club would expect that person to have:
a) Knowledge of WACA Premier Cricket and the cricket pathway structure
b) Ability to create an environment for Premier cricketers to thrive and have success
c) A proven track record in coaching a Premier cricket club (or higher)
d) Ability to identify talented players
e) A commitment to the culture and values of the Club
The successful candidate will have the following key roles and responsibilities:
a) Develop and implement an effective coaching strategy, designed to pursue on-going success and the achievement of strategic objectives
b) Manage and co-ordinate senior Club coaches to ensure that the coaching needs of all club Premier teams are met (i.e. all 4 senior grade teams, Premier T20 and Colts T20)
c) Plan, co-ordinate and deliver (in conjunction with other senior Club coaches) the Club’s pre-season and in-season training programs
d) Assist with team selection and liaise with the WACA on high performance pathways
